  The funeral of Virginius W. Whitmore, late of Isle of Wight County, 
who died last Monday in the Petersburg Hospital, took place yesterday 
afternoon from the J.T. Morriss & Son's Chapel.  The body had been 
preserved to await direction from relatives in Isle of Wight, where a 
niece, Miss Sadie Harrison - and a nephew - Henry W. Harrison - live.

interred in Blandford Cemetery*, Petersburg, 10 Apr 1914,

D.Cert. 8340 (Petersburg #170) gives age circa 54, 
   son of Joseph & Ella (HARRISON) WHITMORE.
