A native of Zuni, she was the widow of Obed E. Whitehurst. She was a member of the Christian Temple. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Hazel Wyatt of Seaford and Mrs. Addie Mae Brooks of Newport News; and two sons, Watson B. Cobb of Virginia Beach and Howard P. Cobb of Chuckatuck. A funeral service will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside, by the Rev. Dwight Moore. Burial will be at 3 p.m. in Antioch Christian Church Cemetery, Isle of Wight County. The family will be at the funeral home tonight from 7 to 9. After the funeral, the family will be at the home of Howard Cobb of Chuckatuck.
