Frederick Wilkins 

  WINDSOR - Frederick Brinkley Wilkins, 77, of 13 Holland Dr., died Dec. 8, 
1993, in Obici Hospital.  A native of Isle of Wight County, he was the son 
of the late Willie L. Wilkins and Selma Butler Wilkins. 

  He had retired in 1970 as a mechanic for Lipton Tea Co., Suffolk, after 16 
years of service.  Wilkins was a member of Antioch Christian Church, Windsor. 
He was a Army veteran of World War II. 

  Survivors include his wife, Virginia Drake Wilkins; a son, Fred L. Wilkins 
of Windsor; two sisters, Selma B. Wilkins of Suffolk and Freda W. Bradshaw of 
Franklin; two granddaughters, Kimberly C. Wilkins and Rebecca M. Wilkins, 
both of Windsor. 

  The funeral will be conducted Saturday at 2 p.m. by the Revs. Victor I. 
Hunter and Donald B. Woodby in Sidney F. Harrell Funeral Home.  Burial will 
be in Windsor Cemetery. 

  The family will receive visitors Friday from 7 to 8 p.m. in the funeral 
home, and other times at 21463 Garrison Dr., Windsor.
