I William BEEL of Isle of Wight County in Virginia being sick and weak of Body 
but of Sound and Disposing mind and Memory and calling to mind the uncertainty 
of this Life and that it is appointed for all men to Dye think proper to make 
Constitute and ordain this my last Will & Testament in manner and form 
following to wit~ - : 
1:st  I give Devise and bequeath unto my loving Wife Mary BEEL & my Two 
Daughters Priscilla and Mary BEELS the use & profits of my Plantation and all 
my Lands, During my Wife['s] Life or widowhood, & after her Death or widowhood 
I give it as followeth~ 
Item  I Give Devise and Bequeath to my Daugter Mary BEELS the Plantation and 
one half the Lands whereon I now live, also my Negro Girl slave Named Rachel 
and my still with all its Utensils to her and her increase for ever~ 
Item  I Give Devise and Bequeath to my Daugter Priscilla BEEL the other half 
my Lands also my Negro man Slave Named sambo to her and her Heirs for ever: 
It is my will and Desire that my Wife Mary BEEL and Two Daughters Priscilla & 
Mary have the use Profit and Labour of my above mentioned Slaves During the 
above Limited time to my Wife Mary:- 
All the rest of my Estate of what nature or kind soever after my just Debts 
are paid 
I Give to be Equally Divided between my Wife Mary BEEL and my two Daughters 
Mary & Priscilla BEELS and their Heirs for ever:- 
[Item]  I do hereby revoke and disanull and make void all other Wills 
Testaments and legasies by me heretofore made and do declare this and no other 
to be my last Will & Testament 
And Lastly I nominate and appoint my loving Wife Mary BEEL my whole and Sole 
Executrix of this my last Will and Testament as Witness my hand and Seal this 
21.st Day of Oct. 1767
