James BOWZER of the County of Isle of Wight being very sick, and weak, in body 
but I believe of sound mind called on me to take  Notice  that it was his Will 
that his wife Bridget, should have all his Property of every Kind whatsoever 
And it was also his Will & desire that George BENN should manage his estate 
for him, 
this in substance was committed to writing within two hours after I was told 
it. 
Witness my hand this 5th day of September 1800 - 
George BENN } 
                    At a Court held for Isle of Wight County the 1.st day of 
["September" struck through] 1800 -  This Nuncupative Will was presented in 
Court and Proved by the Oath of the Witness thereto and ordered to be Recorded 
George BENN the Manager therein named refuseth to Qualify &.c
