No. 2, Page 473 Isle of Wight Courthouse, Isle of Wight Co., VA May the 21th, 1705 The nuncupative Will of OWEN BURNE OWEN BURNE gave to his sonne JOHN BURNE, yellow Heifer, a marke to himselfe, with a Swallow Tayl in the Right Ear. A ____ on the left Ear, halfe moone under the left Ear and likewise to his sonne WM. BURNE, a Calfe, a mark for himselfe, that is A Swallow Tayl in the Right Ear, the same, only a Spitt and likewise to his sonne DAVY BURNE a Calfe and likewise to his daughter ANNE a Calfe, A mark to herselfe, A swallow Tayl in the Right Ear, A halfe moon a Top of the same Ear, and the sd OWEN BURNE desired, that after he died his children might have their increase then all of Rest to his wife HANNAH BURNE, and he desired HENRY FLOWERS, THOMAS MANDEW, to see that this might be done, and according to his desire it is done.
