In the Name of God Amen 
I Constant CASEY being through the Mercy and Goodness of God, in perfect 
Health Mind and Memory do make and Ordain this to be my last Will and 
Testament in the Manner and form Following ~ 
Imprimis  I give unto my Son Henry CASEY, Three pounds Ten Shillings in Cash 
and one Young Horse which he has already in his possession to him and his 
Heirs forever - 
Item  The rest and residue of my Estate beit of What sort soever I desire may 
be sold for the most that can be got for it by my Executor hereafter mentioned 
and the Money arising therefrom go to my Son Thomas CASEY, and his Heirs or 
in case my Son Thomas should Die without Heirs, 
then it is my desire that it descend to my Son Henry CASEY and his Heirs 
and I appoint my said Son Henry CASEY whole and Sole Executor of this my last 
Will and Testament 
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand affixed my seal this 3d day of 
July 1766 -

At a Court held for Isle of Wight County on Thursday, the 
Sixth day of December 1770 
The Last Will and Testament of Constant CASEY deceased was presented in Court 
by Henry CASEY the Executor therein named who made Oath thereto and being 
proved by the Oath of William WEBB and John Jennings WHEADON two of the 
Witnesses thereto is ordered to be recorded ~
