March 26th 1803 I Joseph CROCKER being weak in body yet of a Sound and perfect 
understanding do ordain this to be my last will and Testament, 
it is my will and desire that my negro woman Edy and her child Lucy be 
Emancipated 
second I Give to my brother William CROCKER's son Call.d John one negro girl 
nam.d Doll 
I leave my brother William CROCKER my whole and sole Executor to this my last 
will and testament -

At a Court held for Isle of Wight County the 5.th day of April 1803 
This will was presented in Court by the Executor therein named. who made oath 
thereto according to law and the same being proved by the oaths of William 
MORRISON and Thomas NORSWORTHY two of the witnesses thereto and ordered to be 
Recorded _ 
and on the motion of Said Executor who together with Andrew WOODLEY and Milner 
CROCKER his Securities entered into and Acknowledged their bond in the penalty 
of five Thousand dollars with condition as the Law directs 
Certificate is granted them for obtaining probat thereof in due form of Law ~
