          In the Name of God Amen, I John FENERYEARE, of the Isle of wight 
          County planter beinge Sicke in body, but of sound & p/fectt, memorie 
          doe make this my last will & Testament 
Imp'mis, I Give & bequeath my Soule unto the Almightie God, that gave it, 
   hopeinge by y.e Merritts of my Savio:r Jesus Christ to obteine the 
   forgivenes, of my Sinns & eternall Salvation 
   My Body I bequeath unto the earth to be buried, in a Christianlike manner, 
   And for my temporal Estate I give and bequeath as followeth/ 
Secondly I give & bequeath unto my Brother Edmund one thousand pounds of tob: 
   to be paid att the Cropp, that Shalbe in the yeere of our lord God 1670 
I Give & bequeath to my Sister, Ann FENERYEERE, one blacke & white heifeir 
   fower yeere old & markt wth a Calf by her Side & one three yeere old 
   heifeir Cullered blacke/ 
I Give & bequeath unto Richard SMOOKUM[?] one yeere of his time, of Servitude 
   bound by Indenture 
I Give & bequeath Mary POPE daughter of Thomas POPE one Cow Calfe/ 
I Give & bequeath unto William FRIZELL the Sonne of Will'm FRIZELL one Cow 
   Calfe/ 
   And for the rest, of my Estate, I give unto my Welbeloved wife Ann 
   FENERYEERE, whome I make & ordaine my whole & Sole Executrix 
   in Wittnes whereof, I have hereunto Sett my hand & Seale 
   this Seaventeenth day of March 1668/           John FENERYEERE / Siggill 
Signed Sealed & deliv'ed in the p'sence of 
     John BURNELL          before Sealeinge, My Will is, that my Welbeloved 
   Francis ELLIOTT         father law M.r Richard IZARD be my Overseer to See 
                           this my will and testam:t p/formed / 

          This Will was proved by the oathes of M:r John BURNELL And Francis 
          ELLIOTT in open Cort held for the Isle of Wight County 
          This third day of May 1669  And then Recorded /
