I Mary Gledhill The only Surviving Erx of the last Will and testamt of my Deced husband James Day and likewise the sole Extx of the last Will and testamt of My Deceased husband John Johnson being art this time of Sound and perfect Mind and memory all praise be given to Almighty God therefore but calling to Remembrance the frailty of this Mortall life the Certainty of Death and Uncertainty of the time When And that there are divers legacies of my Deced husband James Day by him in his last Will Devised remaines as Yett Unsatissfied and Unpaid amounting to a Very Great Sum in Money and allsoe Divers Goods and Chattells Now in my possession and Rights and Creditts belonging unto the said Decedt: not Reced and Remaine as yett Unadministered by me and more Especially a very Considerable sume in Money Now in the hands of Mr Micajah Perry and Compy Mercht in London itt being the purchase Money Reced by them for a freehold Estate Appointed by the said Decedt: to be sould for the better paying the Legacies by him devised in his said last Will and testament as Relation being thereunto had may more fully and att large appear as allsoe a large sum in the hands of Mr John Lear and Elizth his Wife as Exrs of the last Will and testament of Mrs Isabella Havelid Exrx of Capt Luke Havelid of Nansimond County and one of the Exrx of my aforesd husband James Day and allsoe that there are divers Legacies remaining as yett not paid of my deced husband John Johnson by him devised as per the last Will Now itt being my earnest desire that Each of my deced husbands Wills be duly administered and fullfilled According to the true interest and meaning of Each of the Testators before mentioned by paying the Debts and legacies still due and Nott Yett sattisfied or payed I have thought it Convenient to Appoint and I do hereby make ordaine Nominate and Appoint my Loveing Sons James Day and Nathll Ridley to be my Exr of all the Goods and Chattells Sum or Sums of Money Rights and Creditts which Shall or may belong unto me to have the Administration of or the only Surviveing Extrx of the last Will of my deced husband James Day and as only Surviveing Exrx of my deced husband John Johnson and they my aforesd Sons James Day and Nathll Ridley to be the Exr of this my last Will.
