In the Name of God Amen.  I Francis GROSS being sick and weak, but thanks be 
to God, of a sound and perfect Memory, 
I give to my son Thomas GROSS my Land 
also I give to my son Willis GROSS and Joshua GROSS my Negro Wench Rose to be 
Equally Divided between them two, 
Also I give to my son William GROSS all the rest of my Estate after my Lawful 
Debts is paid, 
Also I appoint Joshua SCUTCHINS and Thomas GROSS to be the whole and sole 
Executors of this my last Will & Testament
