Harris In the name of God Amen I George Harris being very weak in body but of pfect mind of memory praise be there fore Given to Almighty God Do make ordain this my Last will & Testament in manner and form following that is to say first & prinsipally I Commend my Soul into ye hand of Almighty God hoping through ye merit Death & passion of my Saviour Jesus Christ to have full and sure pardon & forgiveness of all my Sins & to Inherit Everlasting life & my bodye Committ to ye Earth to be Decently buried at ye Discretion of my Ex’tr here after named & as Touching ye Disposetion of Such Iempsonall Estate as it hath pleased almighty God to bestow upon me I Give & Dispose as Followeth First I will yt my Debts & funerall Charges be paid & Discharged Item I Give & bequeath unto my Loving Son George Harris my Riding Horse my Gun a Cow and Calf & a Sow and piggs & my Son Robert Harris I Give & bequeath a Young Horse of two years old two Cows & Calves and two sows & pigs a pewter Dish a pewter plate & a hand saw and a bed & to my Daughter Elizabeth Harris I Give & bequeath two Cows & Calves a Iron pott two pewter Dishes & a plate & to my Daughter Sarah Harris I Give & bequeath two Cows & Calves two pewter Dishes Candle Stick & a Iron pot & to my Son Joseph Harris I Give & bequeath my Land & plantation Where on I now live after his Mother Goes of or Dies a Cow & Calf & to my Son Wm Harris I Give & Bequeath a hundred and fifty acres of Land ye Last Debete of Land which I bought of Barnabe Mackenne a Cow & Calf a sow & pigs & all ye residue of my Estate Remaining to my Loving Wife Martha Harris & Lastly I Do appoint my Loving Wife my hole & sole Extx of this my Last Will & Testament and I Do make void Revoke Disanull all other former will & testaments heretofore made by me.
