In the Name of God Amen  I Robert HARRIS being of Perfect sence and Memory do make and Ordain 
this my Last Will and Testament first and principally I Bequeath my Soul to God who Gave it and 
my Body I Commit to the Ground to be decently Buried by Ex'tors hereafter Named-

Item  I Give unto my Daughter Ann HARRIS one ffeather Bed and
furniture

furniture that was Called hers-

I Give unto my Son Charles One Feather Bed and furniture Called the Great Bed-

I Give unto my Son Michael HARRIS the next Best Bed and furniture.  

I Give unto my Son Joseph HARRIS One Feather Bed & Furniture it being the Bed that was Called 
my Bed-  

I Give unto my son James HARRIS One Feather Bed and Furniture.  And it is my Will and Desire 
that five pounds Cash be allowed out of my Estate to my Son Mathew to purchase him a Bed and 
furniture to Equal him with his Sister and Brothers-

It is my Will and Desire that my Stock of Cattle be Equally Devided Between my Daughter Ann 
HARRIS and my five sons Michael, Charles, Joseph, James, and Mathew, Also my Estate in Potts 
and Pewter to be Equally Devided between my six Children above mentioned-  

I Give unto my Daughter Ann One Loomb and all the Gear thereunto belonging-

I Give unto my sons Robert, John, Michael, Charles, Joseph, James and Mathew all my Smiths 
Tools to be Equally Devided amongst them-  

I Give unto my Daughter Ann One small Trunk,  I Give unto my two Sons James and Mathew my 
Plantation and all the Land thereunto belonging to be Equally Devided in Quantity between them 
and their Heirs for Ever, And all the rest of my Estate Goods and Chattles whatsoever to be 
Equally Devided amongst all my Children and I do Appoint my son Michael HARRIS my Ex'tor to 
this my last Will and Testament revoking all other Wills heretofore made by me;  In Witness 
whereof I have hereunto set my Hand and Seal this 22: day of March 1739-
