Devised April 25, 1744, Registered May 8, 1746. April 25, 1744. In the Name of God Amen. This is my last Will and Testament. Item, I give to my son Joseph Johnson two Hundred Acres of land with the Plantation whereon he now lives. And he must have Money out of my Estate to save it. Item. I give to my loving Wife the plantation whereon I now Live and after to my Son Moses Johnson, and I give to my Loving Wife all my whole Estate after my just Debts are paid. I being in perfect Sense.
