                        WILL OF CARR MUNFORD

I Carr Munford, considering the uncertainty of life, but of sound and disposing 
mind, do make this my last will and testament, hereby revoking all former wills 
by me at any time made. 

1 I direct that all my just debts shall be paid 

2 I give and devise to my daughter Ugene Dowdy Munford Twelve hundred and fifty 
Dollars$1250.00 

3 I give and devise to my son B. A. Munford the sum of $5.00 

4 I give and devise all the rest and residue of my property to my wife Geneva 
munford not herin disposed of until her death or marriage and after her death 
or marriage to be sold and equally divided among my children. 

In witness whereof I have to this my will set my hand and seal this 8th day of 
November in the year of our Lord Nineteen hundred and twenty eight (1928)

presence of us, who, in his presence, and at his request, have hereunto signed

VIRGINIA: CLERK'S OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE COUNTY OF ISLE OF WIGHT, 
JANUARY 24, 1929. 

                           A paper writing purporting to be the last will and 

testament of Carr Munford, deceased, was this day presented for probate and 
proved by the oaths of S. Leon Lewis ans L. S. Johnson, the two subscribing 
witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded as the true last will and 
testament of Carr Munford, deceased.
