Imp - I give my soul to ole mighty God, hopeing through ye merritts of my Blessed Saviour Jesus Christ to have free pardon of all my sins, and my Body to go buried by my ExEx hereafter named Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Alise BRYANT two pewter dishes. Item I give unto my grandchildren, Nicholas PERRY, John PERRY, Elizabeth PERRY, Needham BRYANT, Wm BRYANT, John BRYANT, Mary BRYANT and Alise BRYANT three hundred pounds of Tobacco a piece (that is to say) everyone of ___sd Grandchildren to have three hundred pounds of Tobacco to be pd by my ExEx hereafor named. Item I give unto my loving wife Elizabeth all and singular the rest of my goods and chattells, whatsoever I have be it moveable or immoveable, so long as shee remains a widdow and if she marrys then y sd grandchildren is to have ye five thirds to be equally divided amongst them, and I ordain my loving wife Elizabeth to be my whole and sole ExEx of this my last will and testament as witness my hand this 28? of June 1705.
