In the name of God, amen  I William RAIFORD, of the County of Isle of Wight being in Perfect Health and Memory do think fit to make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form as followeth Viz;t 
Item  I give and bequeath to my Daughter Mary BOON one Shilling, 
Item  I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Ann LITTLE one Shilling 
Item  I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Sarah BOON one Shilling 
Item  I give and bequeath unto my Daughter Rebecca RAIFORD my Negro Girl named Bett and her Increase, 
Item  I leave the Rest of my Estate to be Sold and the Money ariseing to be equally Divided between my three Daughters Rebecca RAIFORD Martha RAIFORD and my Daughter Damaris GAY and I do constitute and appoint my Friend James BRIDGER Lawrence WHITEHEAD and my Daughter Rebecca RAIFORD my whole and Sole Executors to see this my last Will and Testament Fulfilled and I do hereby revoke and Disannul all former Wills by me made or caused to be made 
In Witness whereof I have Hereunto Set my Hand and Seal this 28.th Day of October 1771.

At a Court held for Isle of Wight County the the 7.th Day of October 1773 
This Will was presented in Court by Rebecca RAYFORD the Executrix therein named who made oath thereto according to Law and the same being proved by the Oaths of James A. BRIDGER and William BRIDGER two of the Witnesses thereto and ordered to be Recorded and on the Motion of the said Executrix who together with William GAY jun. entered into and 
     acknowledged

Acknowledged their Bond in the penalty of One Hundred pounds with condition as the Law directs 
Certificate is granted them for obtaining a probate thereof in due form~.
