I Mary UZZELL of the county of Isle of Wight and State of Virginia do make and 
ordain this to be my last Will and testament in manner and form following : 
Item 1.st  I give and Bequeath to my friend Thomas U. PINHORNE all of my 
estate of whatsoever kind & nature it may be him and his heirs forever. 
Item 2.nd  I hereby constitute and appoint my friend Tho.s U. PINHORN sole 
executor to this my last Will & Testament: 
In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand & seal, this 23.rd day of 
November 1849.

last will and testament of

Joseph B. WHITEHEAD

     In Isle of Wight County Court  Jany: 7.th 1850. 
This last will and Testament of Mary UZZELL deceased, was proved by the oaths 
of Joseph B. WHITEHEAD and Thomas CARROLL the witnesses thereto and ordered to 
be recorded. 
And on the motion of the executor therein named time is allowed him to qualify 
hereafter.
