In the Name of God Amen 
I Elizabeth WOODLEY of Isle of Wight County & State of Virginia being sick in 
body but of perfect sound mind and memory & Knowing that it is appointed for 
all men and women once to die 
I do make & Ordain this my last Will and Testament in manner and form as 
followeth  Viz.t 
1.st Item I give and bequeath unto my brother John WOODLEY one Negro

Woman Sue to her and her heirs forever- 
2.d Item  I give and bequeath to my Brother Samuel WOODLEY my Negro boy Ned & 
one bed and Furniture to him and his heirs forever- 
Lewis and Jacob to her and her heirs forever- 
3.d Item  I give & bequeath unto Willis WOODLEY Jun.r Son of Andrew WOODLEY my 
man Joe, but in case he dies before he arrives to Lawfull age I then give him 
to my Brother Andrew WOODLEY to him and his heirs forever- 
4.th Item I give to my Brother Andrew WOODLEY my Girl Cloe and Dressing Draws 
on his paying all my Just Debts & Expenses to him & his heirs forever- 
5.th I give & bequeath unto Betsey BLUNT my Small Trunk and my Muslin & silk 
and fine cloathes to be equally Divided between the s.d Betsey BLUNT & Polly 
BLUNT Daughters of William BLUNT to them &c - 
And I do hereby Constitute ordain and appoint my Brother Andrew WOODLEY my 
whole and sole Executor to this my Last Will and Testament 
and Renouncing all other Wills heretofore made by me 
given from under my hand & Seal this first day of June one thousand seven 
hundred and ninety nine -

         her         }     This Will was presented in Court by Andrew WOODLEY 
Margaret  X  GARRISON}     the Executor therein named who made oath thereto 
         mark        }     according to Law, and the same being proved by the 
                           oaths of James GARRISON and Margaret GARRISON two 
of the Witnesses thereto and ordered to be Recorded_ 
and on the motion of the said Executor who together with John GIBBS his 
Security entered into and Acknowledged their bond in the Penalty of five 
thousand Dollars with Condition as the Law directs 
Certificate is granted him for obtaining a probat there of in due form -
