Manning, Henry Buckles and others, to be offered in evidence in our behalf in a suit depending in the superior court of Chancery, held in Winchester, Virginia, wherein Abraham Coons and Elizabeth his wife, you, and Mary your wife and Samuel Twigg and Phebe his wife are complainants.
