April Court, 1811. Henry Haines, Plaintiff, vs. Rebecca Ridgeway, Thomas Lasenby and Sally his wife, late Sally Ridgeway, Robert Lasenby and Margery his wife, late Margery Ridgeway, Edward Ridgeway & Joseph Ridgeway, heirs of John Ridgeway, dec'd, and William Tate, Def'ts. IN CHANCERY. The defendants Thomas Lasenby and Sally his wife, Robert Lasenby and Margery his wife, Edward Ridgeway and Joseph Ridgeway not having entered their appearance & giving security according to the act of assembly and the rules of this court, and it appearing to the satisfaction of the court that they are not inhabitants of this commonwealth: On the motion of the plaintiff by his counsel, it is ordered that the said defendants do appear here on the fourth Monday in August next, and answer the bill of the plaintiff, and that a copy of this order be forthwith inserted in the Farmer's Repository for two months successively, and posted at the court house door of the said county.
