Farmer's Repository April 6, 1810
"A LIST OF LETTERS"
"In the Post Office at Shepherd's Town, VA. on the first of April, 1810.  Such 
as shall not be taken out before the first of July following, will be sent to 
the General Post Office as dead letters.
