Distant subscribers will be required to pay the whole in advance. No Paper will be discontinued until arrearages are paid. Advertisements not exceeding a square, will be inserted three weeks for one dollar, and twenty-five cents for every subsequent insertion, and when not particularly directed to the contrary, will be inserted until forbid, and charged accordingly. Turner and William P.
