Farmer's Repository April 14, 1809
The following notice is from a weekly newspaper, called the "Farmer's 
Repository" published in Charles Town, VA, which is now Jefferson Co, WV.

"NOTICE"
 
"All persons indebted to the estate of Thomas Flagg, deceased, are requested to 
make payment to the subscriber as soon as possible,  and all those who have 
claims against said estate are desired to exhibit them properly proven, as it 
is necessary that the affairs of the estate should be settled.
 
M.Ranson, Adm'or.
February 17, 1809."
