My land to be equally divided between my to sons Joshuway and Samuel and their heirs forever. In case either dies before they attain to the age of twenty and one the survivor to have it all. In case they both should die before they come to that age then to fall to Hester Davis my daughter and her heirs forever. In case she dyes without heirs lawfully begotten then to fall to Elizabeth Craford and Mary Guigs and their heirs forever. my personal estate after my just debts paid I give unto my executors hereafter named my loving wife Catherine Davis, Hester Davis, Josuaway Davis and Samuel Davis, executors of this my last will and testament.
