Imprimis: I give and bequeath to my dear and beloved wife Molley Massey all my Estate real and personal during her widowhood for the use and support of her and my children so long as she remains my widow and no longer. Item. At the death or marriage of my said wife Molley Massey I give to my son John Massey all that tract or parcel of land lying and being in King George County whereon my father lived and which I inherited by the death of my said father and became possessed of by other means to him my said son John and his heirs forever. Item. I give and bequeath to the child with which my said wife Molley Massey is at this time pregnant all my stocks of horses cattle hogs (then there is something unreadable) and also all my furniture of every kind to the said child and to his or her heirs forever subject nevertheless to the widowhood and support of my said wife as before devised. Item. It is my desire that if my said son John Massey should die before he comes possessed of the estate herein devised to him that in that case that part of my estate so devised to him shall go to the child with which my said wife is now pregnant (unreadable) to his or her heirs forever. If the said child with which my said wife is pregnant should die before it becomes possessed of that part of my estate herein devised to it in that case the part so devised to it shall go to my said son John and his heirs forever, but if both my said children herein mentioned should die before they become possessed of my Estate heretofore devised to them in that case the whole of the devises??? shall descend to my nephew Robert Spilman of Kentucky to him and his heirs forever. Item. It is my desire that all my just debts be paid off as soon as possible. Lastly. I appoint Major Burditt Ashton and Capt. John Ashton my executors.
