being then psonally prte that on Sonday ye first of yis instant of
nov: in ye tyme of divine service at ye pishe Church of St. Mary
White Chappell in this County one Richd Price did after a rude
irreligious and uncivil mann : intrude himselfe into ye seate pur-
posely designed and made use off by his Mats Justics of ye peace
for this County there beinge then psonally psent in ye sd seate
two of ye sd Justics wth Mr Edward Dale high sherr : of yis
County whom ye sd Price did rudely force bacward upon his
seate whilst he endeavored to keep ye sd Price our which be-
haviour of ye sd Price tending to ye dishonr of God Almighty
ye contempt of his Matie and Mynisters offence of ye congrega-
tion scandall to religion and evil example of others  All of wch
this Court taking into serious Consideracon and feareing they
might bee thought ptiall (the Vindicacon of their sd membs and
sheriffe considered) have ordered that Mr Edward Dale doe send
a messengere forthwith to ye Right Hoble Governor to crave his
honrs speciall warnt to command ye sd Price psonally to appeare
att ye next Genll Cort at a day Certaine to answer ye said Complt
before his honr and councell and it is further ordered and Mr
Robert Beverley is hereby authorized and desired to psecute ye
sd Price at ye sd Court."
