Widow: Sarah Ann

Sarah received $40 yearly--no other documentation on John Dye's regiment or 
such.




 *****Documents within contain Rueben Earlton's who received wounds in the Arm 
by a sword at Capt. Buford's Defeat. (rode over by a Dragoon) Had injury to the 
cheek. document hard to read.   Certified by W. Foushes    Earthen served in 3rd 
Virginia Regt. and this was certified by John Blackwell, Captain of that 
regiment.  Allowed a pension of eight pounds
