He received $60 yearly. Series of letters of attorneys within microfilm naming James Kirk, Edmonds, Dandridge as attorneys. Nicken died on February 21 1835: Lancaster County Court March term 1835 The last will and testament of Richard Nicken was proved according to law by the oath of Nathan Spriggs the witness thereto and is ordered to be recorded. And on the oath of Daniel P. Mitchell who made oath and together with his securities entered into and acknowledged a bond conditioned as the law directs, certificate is granted unto the said Daniel P. Mitchell for obtaining letters of administration of the said decadent with his will aforesaid amended in due form: Copy teste:Robert T.
