Given under my hand this 25th day of October 1786. Signed: Patrick Henry Lancaster County Court February 7 1794: Ordered that it be certified to the Governor and Council that Leannah Overstreet, widow of John Overstreet dec'd who was a seaman in the State Navy is still living, and that she is in indigent circumstances and that she is out of bodily ability to support herself by her own industry and that the said John Overstreet died in the service of the Commonwealth, leaving five children, from two to eleven years of age, at the time of his death the said John Overstreet.
