   I do with the advice of Council hereby certify that Leannah Overstreet, widow 
of John Overstreet, late a Seaman in the State Navy  and who died in the service 
of this Commonwealth is entitled to the sum of eight pounds yearly to commence 
from the first day of January 1786.  Given under my hand this 25th day of 
October 1786.

Lancaster County Court February 7 1794: Ordered that it be certified to the 
Governor and Council that Leannah Overstreet, widow of John Overstreet dec'd who 
was a seaman in the State Navy is still living, and that she is in indigent 
circumstances and that she is out of bodily ability to support herself by her 
own industry and that the said John Overstreet died in the service of the 
Commonwealth, leaving five children, from two to eleven years of age, at the 
time of his death the said John Overstreet.
