Part of index to Lancaster County Wills and Administrations (1652-1800) In the Name of God Amen I Rawleigh Everitt of the County of Lancaster being Sick and weak of Body but of Sound and Perfect mind and Memory Thanks be to God do make this my Last will and Testament. And first I Bequeath my Soul into the hands of Almighty God who gave it me and my Body to the Ground from whence it was Taken and as for my Worldly Estate I do Dispose of as Followeth Imprimiss it is my will that my Estate be kept Together till my youngest child comes to the age of ten years or till my son Simmonds Shall arrive at the age of Twenty one years Here I give to my son Simmonds Everitt my Negro boy Daniel to him and his heirs forever.
