CASTLE, surviving husband of the late PEARL CASTLE; JOHN A. CASTLE & HELEN CASTLE, his wife; BRADLEY JAMES CASTLE & KATHLEEN CASTLE, his wife; HELEN AKERS & CARL AKERS, her husband; W. D. CASTLE & SYLVIA CASTLE, his wife; DOROTHY HARMON & JACK HARMON, her husband; HUBERT E. CASTLE & SELVA CASTLE, his wife; WILLA MAE JOHNSON & HARMON JOHNSON, her husband, parties of the first part, and H. C. BLEDSOE, JR., CURTIS FIELDS, & EZRA NEELEY, Trustees of the Mountain View Baptist Church, Duffield, VA, parties of the second part. Witnesseth: That for and in the consideration of one dollar cash paid in the parties of the first part grant, bargain, sell, and convey with covenants of General Warranty of title, all of that certain one-half acre tract situated in Rocky Station Magisterial District of Lee County, in the Mountain View Community, said tract or parcel of land being particularly described as all of that one-half acre tract which was excepted by the late PEARL CASTLE, et als, in a deed dated October 2, 1944, to Willard Edwards and of record in Deed Book 114, page 42. The aforementioned tract adjoins the Mountain View Baptist Church and is presently being used as a cemetery for the community and it is the intent of this deed to convey all of the interest to the said Mountain View Baptist Church for use of the general community as a cemetery, on condition that the said church, through its aforesaid Trustees, shall take possession of and maintain the said cemetery in a reasonable and proper manner for use of the general community as a cemetery. The said church may remove any portion or all of the fence around the said cemetery on the side adjoining the church property for the purpose of ingress and egress to the cemetery grounds. (Emory H.
