A Deed was filed and recorded on 22 April 1981 in Deed Book 303, page 594, at 
the Lee County, VA Court house in Jonesville by and between W. D. CASTLE & 
SYLVIA CASTLE, his wife; HUBERT E. CASTLE & SELVA N. CASTLE, his wife; JOHN A. 
CASTLE & JANICE P. CASTLE, his wife; HELEN P. AKERS & CARL AKERS, her husband; 
WILLIE MAE JOHNSON & HARMON E. JOHNSON, her husband; BRADLEY CASTLE & MARGARET 
KATHLEEN CASTLE, his wife; DOROTHY HARMON, divorced; and BRENDA R. SUTTON, 
divorced, hereinafter designated and referred to as the grantors, and JAMES 
BLEDSOE & MARSHALL BLEDSOE, hereinafter designated & referred to as the 
grantees.  Witnesseth:  That for and in consideration of the sum of $27,000.00, 
cash in hand paid, the received of which is hereby acknowledged, the grantors 
do hereby give, grant, bargain, sell, and convey unto the said grantees with 
General Warranty of title, all those certain lots or parcels of land situate 
near the village of Stickleyville in the Rocky Station Magisterial District of 
Lee County, VA and known as Lots Nos. 11 thru 15 inclusive and lying on the 
west side of State secondary road 738, all of which is shown on a map or plat 
of the BRADLEY J. CASTLE & PEARL W. CASTLE lands, which map or plat is recorded 
in the Clerk's Office of Lee Co., VA in Plat Slide B-018, to which map or plat 
reference is hereby made for a more complete description.  There is excepted 
from Tract No. 11 the right of way shown on the said map or plat above referred 
to.  The grantors acquired the interest hereby conveyed as the heirs at law of 
Pearl W. Castle and under the Last Will & Testament of Bradley J. Castle which 
is probated in the Clerk's Office of Lee County, VA and recorded in Will Book 
19 at page 61.  Signed, sealed, and recorded.
