W. D.  & Sylvia Castle; Hubert E. & Selva N. Castle; John A. & Janice P.  
Castle: Helen P. & Carl Akers; Willie Mae & Harmon E. Johnson; Bradley & 
Margaret Kathleen Castle; Dorothy Harmon, divorced; and Brenda R. Sutton, 
divorced, hereinafter designated and referred to as the grantors, and James A. 
Campbell and Susan B. Campbell, his wife, as tenants by the entireties with 
right of survivorship as grantees.  Witnesseth that for and in consideration of 
$12,200.00 cash in hand paid the grantors do give, grant, bargain, sell, and 
convey unto said grantees ... with General Warranty , all those certain lots or 
parcels of land situate near the village of Stickleyville, in Rocky Station 
Magisterial District of Lee County, VA and known as Lots No. 1 thru 4 
inclusive, lying on the west side of Hwy 58 and the east side of State Rt. 702, 
all of which is shown on a map in Plat Slide B-18...There is excerpted any 
portion of Lot No. 1 which may extend across the middle line of the old ry 
Creek Road which runs along the South Boundary line of the lands hereby 
conveyed.  The grantors acquired the interest hereby conveyed as the heirs at 
law of Pearl W. Castle and under the Last Will & Testament of Bradley J. Castle 
which is probated in the Clerk's office of Lee County, VA and recorded in Will 
Book 19 at page 61.  Signed, sealed, and recorded.
