Helen P. & Carl Akers, Willie Mae & Harmon E. Johnson, Bradley & Margaret 
Kathleen Castle, Dorothy Harmon, Brenda R. Sutton designated as the grantor and 
Klondike Land Company, Inc, a Virginia Corporation, hereinafter referred to as 
the grantee.  Witnesseth that for $4,500.00 cash in hand paid ... the grantors 
convey .. land situate near the village of Stickleyville in Rocky Station 
Magisterial District of Lee County, VA ... Tract 16 of 25.05 acres lying on the 
West side of Dry Creek and State Route # 738, all of which is shown on a map or 
plat of the Bradley J. Castle & Pearl W. Castle lands in Plat Slide B-18. The 
grantors herein acquired the interest hereby conveyed as the heirs at law of 
Pearl W. Castle & under the Last Will & Testament of Bradley J. Castle, 
probated in the Clerk's Office of Lee Co., VA in Will Book 19, page 61.
