November 11,1842--James Rose died; warrant for $9.33 was paid to Charles 
Baker, his administrator

**********No documentation of regiment, injury, Or Governor's certification in 
files of James Rose.  He received $60 dollars yearly, but opted to take it in 
half-year payments of $30.
