Received $50 yearly. No certification, injury, or regiment was included in the 
files which were of powers of attorneys and hard to read; microfilm not 
conducive to fitting complete documents on it.


Smith died on August 29, 1830. John Marten was administrator of Smith's estate 
as agreed to by widow, Patty Smith.  Received settlement of $51.51 on estate.
