First my will is ____ all my just debts shall be paid as ___ily possible after my decease by my Executors herein after named in secondly. I leave to my wife Mary Beaty during her natural life all my Estate both real and personal. And after her decease my land to be placed in the hand of my son ROBERT BEATY and Balaam Osburn as trustees for the ___ of my son JAMES BEATY and the profits arising there from be apply'd to the support of the said James Beaty and his wife and the maintenance and education of their children but in case the wife of the said James BEATY should be the longest lives then she is to have her maintenance only during her widowhood. The above mentioned Trustees are also ___ charge of my personal property after the death of my wife Mary BEATY aforesaid except such parts thereof as shall herein after be otherwise dispas'd of and apply the profits arising there from he the maintenance of any aforesaid James BEATY and wife as aforesaid and the maintenance and education of their children and after the death of the said James BEATY and wife or her marriage the said and other property to be equally divided amongst his surviving children. And whereas the said James BEATY indebted to George W. McCarty in the sum of two hundred twenty four dollars and fifty cents therefore if the said shall ___ be otherwise paid in the apase of five years for the first day of January next my will is that so mu____ of my land be sold and land off adjoining luch___ line the pav'd road as will pay the debt aforesaid. I give my grand daughter Mary BEATY daughter of said James BEATY on Feather Bed and furniture. I give and bequeathe to daughter Betsy BEATY on Bed and furniture. I give and bequeathe to my daughter Keziah BEATY all the residue of my household furniture and also have have firerosod(?) on fire frarn(?) the woods attach'd to my farm so long as she may remain single and keep house but not to sold to a Tenant or a purchaser. I give to my son Robert BEATY to my daughters MARGARET MCCARTY, WINIFRED MCCARTY and MARY TURNER each the sum of dollar having heretofore provided for them. It is all my desire that my black woman Kate after the death of my wife Mary BEATY aforesaid shall have the ___ of living with any one of my children which she may choose. I do hereby nominate and appoint my son Robert BEATY and Balaan Osburn aforesaid Executors of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking all and other wills by me made. In Testimony to hereunto have hereunto set my hand and seal this fifteenth day of September in the year of our Lord One Thousand eight hundred twenty four. Andrew Beaty (Seal) Signed Sealed and Published in the presence of John Sinclair Alfred Shields In a Court held for Loudoun County the 14 August 1832 his paper purporting to be the last will and Testament of Andrew Beaty dead was presented to the cCounty and proved by the Oath of Alfred Shields and at another day to wit the 15th day of the month and year aforesaid the same was fully proved by the Oath of John Sinclair the subscribing witness there be and ordired to be recorded.
