Will of James Craig

I give and bequeath to my son in law Edward Cavens the sum of sixteen dollars 
and sixty seven cents; I give an bequeath to my son in law John Combs the sum of 
one dollar an sixty seven cents. 

I give an bequeath to my daughter Agnes Redman the sum of sixty six dollars and 
sixty seven cents, to be paid one year after my decease. I give and bequeath to 
my son Robert Craig one hundred thirty three dollars and thirty three cents to 
be paid in two years after my decease. I give an bequeath to my daughter Izabel 
Huddleston sixteen dollars and sixty seven cents.

I give and bequeath to my grandson Isaac Craig, son of William deceased the sum 
of twenty dollars to be paid by my Executors in two years after my decease.

I give and bequeath to my grandson James Craig, son of William deceased the sum 
of twenty dollars to be paid by my Executors in two years after my decease.

I give and bequeath to my daughter in law Rebecca Craig wife of James Craig my 
riding mare. I give an devise to my two sons James and Samuel Craig to them and 
their heirs and assigns forever all my plantation or tract whereon I now dwell 
supposed to contain near three hundred acres, to be divided between them so as 
to be equal in votes, and in case they cannot agree and determine upon such a 
division themselves, they shall nominate an appoint men of Good reputation to 
make such a division for them, whose judgement and divison shall be final and 
binding on them, their heris and assign forever.

I also give an bequeath to my two last named sons James and Samuel Craig all my 
personal estate of every kind whatsoever, but they shall pay all the legacies 
above mentioned according to the time specified.

Lastly I do hereby appoint my two sons James and Samuel executors of this my 
last Will and Testament, hereby revoking all former Wills by me made, and this 
only to be taken for my last will and testament, signed sealed published and 
declared by the said James Craig to be his last Will and testament in the 
presence of: Isreal Janney, John Brown, Jacob Brown.
