Having sold my farm bought of Simon S. Binns to my nephew Robert Elgin who has paid me a part of the purchase money, and still owes a balance, and not intending to press him at all for any part of it but wishing to indulge and serve him, I do hereby declare it to be my will and desire that whatever he may owe for the purchase money for said farm at my death shall be his and he and his heirs etc. be released from the payment thereof. I do therefore hereby Will and bequeath unto him and his heirs forever whatever balance may be due for said farm at the time of my death, and as it regards the balance of my estate if I make no other disposition of it hereafter, it is to be disposed of as the law may direct, and if I should make any subsequent Will and do not specially alter the above bequest, the same is to remain unaltered and to be considered in fact my last will and Testament, in relation to that matter.
