Hixson signed 2 Mar 1883 found in Loudoun Co., VA ******** March 2nd, 1883 I A.H. Hixson being in sound mind do will and bequeath to my daughter Cecil R. Davis and her children all money coming do from my uncle David Hixsons estate, the said money to be laid out in a home for her and her children to hold during her natural life and to be a home for her children until her youngest shall become twenty one years of age, and then shall be divided amoungst them equally. I appoint my nephew John Hutchison my admr. and to carry out my last will. I further request to be buried in the Hixson burying ground on the farm of Mullin Rodgers and I further more request that my body shall be wrapt in a gray soldiers blanket and in a colous coffin, pine or poplar without being plained.
