First I give and bequeath unto my beloved sister Polly (now Polly Dorsey) My Bed and Beding, Beauro, Wearing apparel and all other my Property of every description. Second I enjoin on the said Polly or Edward her husband to pay all my just debts without Deposing to sale any of the said property which I give them and (unless the formalities of the Law requires it) I do not wish my said Legatees to Incur the expense of an administration on my said Estate but that the said Polly and Edward Dorsey Shall into Immediate Possession take the whole of my said property.
