Coleman of Orange Co. L10. Williiam Cradock, late of Hanover Co., obtained a patent for 400 acres on the brances of Pritties Creek. 10 Jan. 1735; by him conveyed to sd. Holland by deed recorded in Hanover Co., by which it appears that the greatest part of sd. land does lie within the of an older patent granted George Hoomes of Caroline Co.; whereas Michael Holland sold to sd. Js. Coleman what land is contained in sd. patent, that shall be clear from the bound of Hoomes of Caroline Co.; doth confirm to sd. Coleman right and title to the 400 acres within the the bounds.
