THOMAS PORTER 
Of Virginia

   Thomas Porter applied for revolutionary pension in Louisa County, Virginia,
November 12, 1833. He was then 82 years of age and therefore born in 1751. He
was a brother of Lieutenant William Porter who drew pension in Caldwell County,
Kentucky. One Thomas Porter, Captain of Virginia Rangers, died in Wilkes County,
Georgia.
