Settlement of the Estate of  Hugh Wallace

William Wallace, Elizabeth Wallace, Jincey Wallace, Winifred Wallace, 
Hugh Wallace, Joseph Wallace, Susanna Wallace & Mary Wallace infant 
children of Robert Wallace deceased by William Wallace specially 
assigned them by the court as their Guardian to defend their interest 
in this suit and Susanna Wallace Plaintiffs
	against
Benjamin Wallace, and Richard Wilkes & Mary his wife, and			
	In Chancery
Christopher Wallace administrator of Hugh Wallace dec`d.	
	Defendants

     The Commissioners appointed to carry into effect the interlocutory 
decree heretofore pronounced in this cause having returned their report 
the same follows in these words ---

				July 29, 1825

     Received of John Flinn the acting commissioners to sell the land 
belonging to Hugh Wallace deceased the sum of twenty six dollars and 
twenty five cents it bring in full of our proportion of the sail of 
said land.

We the Commissioners appointed by the County Court of Lunenburg  have 
agreeably to an order to us directed made sale of the land on which the 
late Hugh Wallace lived lying in the County of Lunenburg to the highest 
bidder on a Credit of twelve months and Elizabeth Wallace one of the 
legatees became the purchaser at one Dollar Four cents and a half per 
acre total amount Two hundred and ninety nine Dollars and Sixty five 
cents.  The proceeds of which have been equally divided among the 
legatees of said.
