Street's 5th Regiment of Virginia Militia Married Lunenburg Co. 1835 or 1836 to Nancy P. Rash Was living in Montgomery Co., VA in 1851 and 1855 He was allowed pension on his application executed 29 Jul 1871 at which time he was eighty-five years of age and will living in Bales Mills, Rose Hill Township, Lee Co., VA He died 28 Dec 1871 Submitted by Judy Penrod Purcell
