Secondly that after paying my funeral charges all my just debts of any there be shall be paid. Thirdly I give to my; sister Sally Richardson choice of my dress and work tolett on my chest and one do on my banbox and twenty dollars to do as she sees cause with the same. Fourthly I give to Mary Williams my dimont huckerback countepin to her heirs forever and also I give to her daughter Elizabeth Williams one par of Store shoes and neck hankerchief to her heirs forever. Fifthly I give to Daniel Smith twenty dollars to him and his heirs forever. Sixthly I give my waring clothes and bed close to be divided into three parts one part to ant Lucy Smith, Second part to her daughter Martha Smith and the third part to Elizabeth C. Smith and also I give my bed and stead to Elizabeth C. Smith to her heirs forever. Seventhly and the money if any I lend one half of it to Ant Lucy Smith and the other half I give to Elizabeth C. Smith to her and her heirs forever and after the death of Ant Lucy Smith if she shall have any of the money I lent her it is my desire that it shall go to Elizabeth C. Smith & to her heirs forever.
