Tunison Cemetery Location: Graveyard on the Elijah Huffman Tract. Madison County, Virginia DATE: (blank) OWNERS: (blank) DESCRIPTION: There is a very old graveyard on this place. There are twenty-five or more graves without markers, only some crude worked-out gray rocks which have fallen in. There was a stone fence around this old graveyard, though most of the stones have been moved that had fallen down from the fence. Most of the Huffman’s and their connections were buried in the graveyard. This old landmark has been completely demolished, nothing left but a huge pile of rock.
