  I do with the advice of this Council hereby certify that Frederick Fisher who 
was placed on the pensioners list the 30th November 1791 is continued thereon 
with an allowance of $40 dollars yearly to commence from the 30th of November 
1794.  Given under my hand as Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, at 
Richmond, this 2nd day of October 1798.
