The condition of the above obligations is such that the above is bound Stephen Davis hath been appointed by the county clerk of Mecklenburg, Constable in District #_ of therefore the said Stephen Davis shall well and holy execute his said office of Constable agreeably to law these the above obligation to be void else remain in full force and virtue.
